Here are the articles I reprinted this week:
Happy Friday everyone! I was busy this week. I wrote a news story about the upcoming collection of the 40s Wonder Woman newspaper strip on Comic Frontline. Then on Entertainment Fuse I interviewed the creative team of the upcoming zombie comic Under the Flesh. Then, on this very "Updates" page I posted my thoughts and experiences at the Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con of 2014. I am also going to the Allentown Comic Con tomorrow so if you see me around feel free to say hi. Here are the articles I reprinted this week: Todd, the Ugliest Kid on Earth TV Series Announced "Todd, the Ugliest Kid on Earth is an Image comic book series filled with black comedy. It’s popularity was surprising even with an award-winning creative team with the first two issues selling out 24 hours after they were released. Everyone seems to love the ugly little boy with a paper bag over his head. Especially Titmouse Inc., who are making Todd, the Ugliest Kid on Earth into a television series." Liefeld's The Infinite Cancelled "Liefeld lovers (if you exist), cry, Liefeld haters, rejoice. The Infinite has been cancelled due to both parties of the creative team having issues deciding on how to move forward with the series." Moriarty: The Dark Chamber #4 Review "Sir Arthur Conan Doyle would be proud that his creations from Sherlock Holmes were used to create this series. This final issue cements this series as a classic despite the fact that it has had quite a number of flaws during its short run. But these flaws are far outweighed by the positives. The previously unseen villain appears in this issue and is written, along with the rest of the story, masterfully, with the only downfall of the issue being the artwork."
