Here are the articles I reprinted this week:
I've posted several articles this week. Hope you guys enjoy them! Here are the articles I reprinted this week: "Pretty. That sums this issue up well: pretty. Witchblade and other numerous Top Cow titles are noted for their beauty, but when you are not having your breath stolen by some of the amazing artwork in this issue, you will notice not only some awkward art but also an average story." "No, you're not reading that sidebar wrong. OK, you're probably not even bothering to read the sidebar, but if you did give it a glance you would see this issue of Witchblade is published by Dynamite Entertainment and not Witchblade's usual publisher Top Cow. Does this new publisher take Witchblade into a new interesting direction?" "Godzilla comes to comic stores near you in March. He will be joined for the first time ever by some of his past allies and enemies in Godzilla: Monster World, most notably Mothra, Rodan and King Ghidorah. The series will be published by IDW and Tokyo Co., written by co-writers Eric Powell (winner of the 2005 Eisner Award for the Goon) and Tracy Marsh. The art for the series will be done by Phil Hester. The first issue will also feature two covers, one wraparound cover by Eric Powell and the other by Alex Ross (artist for Kingdom Come and Justice)."

Hope to add some enjoyment to your weekend with a couple reprinted articles this week! Here are the articles I reprinted this week: Win "Red Spike" Cover Drawn by Mark Texiera "Starting wednesday, May 4th, 2011, by spending one dollar on Images’ new comic book Red Spike #1 you could enter to win a free cover from artist Mark Texiera (Ghost Rider)." Witchblade #144 Review"This double-sized 15th anniversary issue of Witchblade not only has a lot of substance but sustenance too. Witchblade #144 is the perfect issue to get any newbie caught up with all the Witchblade lore, although with two stories, it might not be what hardcore fans are really looking for." Dark Shadows/Vampirella Crossover Announced"Dynamite Entertainment will be publishing Dark Shadows/Vampirella #1 in August, a crossover between the two well-known vampire series. This is hardly surprising considering Dynamite's recent launch of a Dark Shadows title that coincided closely with the movie version with Johnny Depp playing the vampire Vampirella will be teaming-up with in this crossover from Dark Shadows: Barnabas Collins."
I've reprinted a couple of articles this week. Have a great weekend everybody! Here are the articles I reprinted this week: "After issue #142 served as a set-up to Witchblade #143 showcased terrible art and a sub-par story that did manage to intrigue me with the ending. Since it has been reported that Witchblade would be taking a short breather in 2011 (hopefully in order to spend more time trying to perfect the quickly decaying Artifacts mini-series), these will be the last two new issues fans will be able to enjoy for a while." "Archie has been making numerous headlines ever since it was first announced that an openly-gay character, Kevin Keller, would be appearing in the series in Veronica #212. Now, Archie is back in the headlines again with the announcement of Kevin Keller's engagement to a male African-American."
I've simplified the "Scores" page but other than that, not much is different. Please let me know what you think of the site in the comments below! Here are the articles I reprinted this week: "The positive reviews coming from everyone about this comic baffle me. The dialogue from everyone at secret-headquarters is terrible and the characters mostly act way out of character. The only redeeming qualities are the art and the interactions between Sara and Jackie – bothstill having their own flaws. And warning, there will be spoilers." "Evil Ernie - originally from Chaos! - is returning this October 2012 with the help of Dynamite Entertainment. The creative team for Evil Ernie has also been announced. The rocker will be written by Jesse Blaze Snider and drawn by Jason Craig. Ardian Syaf, Nick Bradshaw, Tim Seeley (Hack/Slash), and Dan Brereton will be taking turns crafting the covers of this series." "This is a list of the best covers of 2010, limited to one issue per series so that books like Batgirl or Fables couldn't hog up the entire list. You'll find a mixture of Marvel, DC, Vertigo and Top Cow with books that included: New Mutants, Gotham City Sirens, Fables, Batgirl, Batman and Robin, Artifacts, Sweet Tooth, Batman: Streets of Gotham and we'll leave you a few for a surprise."
