A Dark Spy Story: Velvet Announced
"I’m not a big fan of the spy genre. James Bond never interested me, but I enjoy an occasional Danger Girl. Velvet is Image Comics latest ongoing comic book series that is a spy comic with a “dark twist.” The series will be the first creator-owned project from Ed Brubaker (Fatale) and Steve Epting (The Avengers), who previously teamed-up to write the popular Captain America: Winter Soldier series."
Deathstroke #17 Review
"With only one more issue left after this, Deathstroke keeps kicking up the action. After switching from Rob Liefeld to Justin Jordan via issue 15, I wasn't too impressed with the first story arc Jordan gave us. But it wasn't bad, and this one certainly isn't either. However, it is flawed, and it makes me ask a question: are ninjas really "cool?""
