The usual questions this week: Anyone have any suggestions about what should be included or what shouldn't be included on this site? Let me know in the comments below. Here are the articles I reprinted this week: All Nighter #1 Review "The comic, All Nighter #1, has little stand-out moments. It is oddly interesting with little humor. A reality comic, it has a strong impact when it is not making you feel like you've been sucked into a soap opera for teenage girls. Kit, the main character, has a cynical personality. She seems like the ordinary teenage girl with the boyfriend she can't stay away from, however, she is far from ordinary." Catwoman vs. Black Cat "Two feline femme fatales, both these vicious vixens have had relationships with their heroic nemesis Batman and Spider-Man. So, what would happen if these two got their claws on each other? Find out after a little background on their abilities, weapons and weaknesses in another versus feature!" The Art of Painted Comics Announced "Dynamite Entertainment has announced that they will be publishing a hardcover called The Art of Painted Comics. The hardcover will feature the first retrospective that will cover the entire history of Painted Comics, artwork I love that has definitely felt neglected over the decades despite some beautiful pieces. The project is being overseen by comic book creator and artist Alex Ross who's work is considered legendary." Bandette #1 Review "Bandette, a cute little thief in the streets of France, has stolen my heart and some priceless Rembrandt paintings. Find out what happens to our heroine, and how beautifully well done the artwork is, by reading this review – and then going out and buying the comic, of course!"
